The Hemel en Aarde Valley plays host to some of the most spectacular mountain biking routes in the Overberg. The 55km route is challenging with more than 1300m of ascent with loads of purpose build single track, jeep tracks and farms roads, river crossings and a portage section. This tuff route will be rewarded with amazing views of the valley, fynbos, waterfalls and even some whales if you are lucky. The 30km route follows the same route as the 55km but without the big climbs. Total ascent is still a lung busting 600m, but you will be rewarded with the most amazing scenery, beautiful fynbos and amazing singletrack. The 15km is more family friendly and aimed at introducing the newcomers to the sport to mountain trails and not just open farm roads. The 3km untimed funride is on roads and trails surrounding the school grounds and will provided loads of entertainment for the youngsters.
